Please always let people know that Cloud & Joy is a non-fat milk based product. You must always ask before serving:

“Do You Have Any Allergies?”

• IMPORTANT: Always Ask About Allergies

In addition, before serving the following, ask if they are allergic to:

• Sea & Smoke Chocolate: Pecans?

• Summer Camp Cookie: Almond Flour or Cinnamon?

• Cafecito Coffee & Biscuits: Almond Flour or Cinnamon?

Peppermint & Brownies: Hazelnuts or Almond Flour?

SERVING PROCEDURES

1. Food Service Gloves must be worn to touch the serving spoon and serve ice cream every time.

2. A New Sample Spoon must be used for each sample, even when serving the same person.

3. Do Not Put a Used Sample Spoon back into the pint

4. Each Spoon Must Go Into The Used Spoon Receptacle after use

5. Maintain the Cleanliness of the Sample Table/Podium etc. lean.
